Jazz the way you are…

Duuuh telat bangetz ya posting about the most happening and jazzing festival in Jakarta alias Java Jazz 2009

well, i guess this posting would be picture-full and word-less

so enjoy everyone……

it’s all began in once upon a time *halah* jezty suddenly offered me her and her husband’s sunday daily pass that she bought in early bird period (which is made it cheaper) to me. And since i have no plan to do *well i never make plans anyway* then i grab it right away

Java Jazz 2009 Ticket

Step 1 (get the ticket) is done, then i goes to 2nd step, choose someone to accompany me

Since neez’s boyfriend was coming to town (secara dari medan ke jakarta gt bo’), so i reallized that it is impossible to ask her to accompany me, then i decided to call mb vee since she told me a few time back then that she had no plan either and asked me to accompany her during that long weekend (i don’t count Oknum A since the festival might, and it was really, end very late and i don’t count boss ndoro either since he doesn’t enjoy jazz that much, well i guess i’m running out of friend that might available for accompanying me doing any spontanieous things since i enter this working world thingy >.<)

We decided to meet at Plasa Semanggi *our fave meeting point XD XD* arround 5 to have a dinner *plus lunch actually* and pray since we think that it would be a massive crowd in the festival *and guess right, that’s absolutely correct*. After did that sort of business, then we ran into the nearest motorcycle taxy *bilang aje ojek*, the most efficient and fastest transportation in jakarta ohohohoho.

in about 15 minutes, we arrived at JCC, where the festival is held, and after entering the building, we rushed to Cendrawasih room for Tompi’s performance, and you know what…the queues are just so long and crowded, people are pushed each other in order to get into the hall, made me drained my sweat all over my body

But thx God we finally made it, and with a litle sneaked in here and there, we got a not-so-bad-spot that we could at least watch Tompi’s real face not just from the big screen hahahahaha. But we won’t regret that for sure because you know what??!!tompi is a real genius performer, his show is just outstanding, i love it.

Great performance from a great performer

1,5 hours seems not enough for us, but we have to get hurry to assembly hall to watch Tohpati’s shows, we can’t, uhmmmm actually i can’t, stand to miss his performance. But terribly because the schedule that we’ve looked are subjected to change, we didn’t know that the show had begun earlier

When we arrived at the hall, the show had already begun. They prepare chairs there, but they are already occupied and there still many people are bushing the entrance. We did not get a great spot, but it’s okay we still able to watch from the screen *huhuhuhu*. But then luck were come to us *we’re a lucky girl right*, some audience left their seat *probably to catch other performance, i don’t understand their reason since the show are getting better and better, but that’s okay since it give me a better spot ++OGI: Ogah Rugi Mode ON++*. I really loved the performance, mb no didn’t really into it, but then sutha *yess…this is sutha afi!!!the one that sing in tohpati accoustic guitar single named senandung rindu, yess the one that become my RBT since…ummm…forever * She began enjoyed the performance. They don’t performe Senandung Rindu, but they perform rather up beat melody, that is soooo grovy, made us wanna dance along, but to bad we’re on the seat and if we, especially i, stand, it would block the sight of the people behind us. So we have to sattisfied with what we got *and for sure i cannot take a good picture T.T*

satisfied with toh pati’s performance, we faced dilema *hasyaah*, wether we watch Idang Rasyidi, or abdul and the coffee theory *which is performed in the very next hall to toh pati* or Kla project that perform on the stage where tompi performed. Since mb nopi really wanted to watch kla project, then we went back to cendrawasih hall, the audience is not as crowded as tompi’s. We could easily sneak up to near to front area +but not that near+. Their performance was good either. But i don’t really familiar with their song so i ccan’t sing along with them.

After Kla’s performance, we decided to watch Vidi on the loby hall, since it is past 10 o’clock and we plan to watch maliq n d’essential show that schedulled at 10.45 rather than Ecoutez that performed in djarum lounge *which is placed outside the building*. Vidi is a newcomer, he used to be compared with afgan, well i never seen afgan performance. But one thing i know, vidi’s voice is really great, smooth and comforting, but his face is somehow make me remember to Joshua, a kid singer that sang “diobok-obok aernya diobok-obok”

He sang his own song and a craig david song: 7 days, and i tell you what, he sang it really good!!!i simply loved it. Really wanted to see vidi untill his last song, but considering how hard it was entering Tompi’s performance, we decided to hit Exhibition hall.

After getting the hall, we get confused, because there was other band *that we don’t even know who* performed on the stage. So we asked everyone around whether we enter the correct hall or not. But everone ensured us that we did the right way. So we waited that band, but somehow the didn’t even show any sign that they would end their performance soon. Everybody get borred, then they become a little “crazy”, when the band told the audience to throw their fist to the air and screaming “soil!!soil!!” *ohohohoho finally i knew that band name*, everone become overreacted and scream like crazy. ahahahahaha. it kinda funny you know…we only laughing from behind while sitting on the floor *my feet are so damned tired*.

After waiting for about 1 hour *dang, i should have watched vidi’s show thil the end *, finally there was Maliq….

They are just way too cool!!!!ohohohohoho. Our “sacrifice” was paid off!!!. Their stage act is so damned cool that i couldn’t possibly describe it into words. They didn’t perform alone that night, the brought all organic’s stars with them including twenty first night. They even did thoose thriller dance just like what michael jackson used do ohohohohoho *lol*. The performance took about 2 hours…and we are so so satisfied *but wanted more *

The entire show ended up around 01.30 pm, it was so late, we are so tired, and sleepy, but it’s all worthed
